Welcome to Daisyboots Designs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our handmade products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Daisyboots Designs is a small business based in Scotland, offering carefully crafted handmade items. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique and slight variations in colour, size or finish are to be expected.
2. Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences may occur between the item pictured and the item received due to the handmade process.
All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw products at any time.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout and added to your total before payment.
Prices may change at any time. Once your order is confirmed, the price is fixed.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you confirm that:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store your full payment information.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
7. Cancellations and Returns
🧾 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.
You must notify us by email within this 14-day period. You then have another 14 days to return the item. A full refund (including standard delivery costs) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
